Does acne face wash work to get rid of pimples even if i don't have acne?

I don’t have acne, but I do have some pimples, and the pores on my nose are ALWAYS black with dirt. I was wondering if I can use acne facewash even though I don’t have acne, and if it will get rid of my pimples. I don’t want anything I have to order online, but if you have suggestions of something I can buy from a drugstore or wal-mart or something like that, it would be awesome! Thanks!

It might help..I have the same problem as you. No acne only those tiny blck spots in few places. It didn’t help. I’ve realized that only thing that help are those given to you from your dermatologist, not the ones we see on Tv commercials.
Some face washes work, and some don’t.
The real question though is "Is this face wash safe for my skin and health"?
Most people don’t know that the products they are putting on their skin are not only bad for their skin but bad for their health. If you are using a face wash look for a face wash that is as natural as possible. Not only will it work better because it doesn’t have "conflicting toxic ingredients" but it also goes after the root cause of acne… bacteria, clogged pores etc.
I would recommend several masks to get rid of your pimples… They can be found on my youtube channel… the username is "AcneErasingSecrets" or "Youtube.com/AcneErasingSecrets" The mud mask and the aztec mask videos would be perfect for you…
