Neutragena Rapid Clear oil control face cleanser works great. I had bad acne when i was in the 9th grade and i started using it then and i am now a sophomore in college and i still use the stuff. Im addicted to it…haha! it works great…
What you eat is very important. Don’t eat sugar, pork and soft-drinks. Don’t use make-up, clean your face with soap (it is a fatkiller on the outside – don’t eat it )
Have you tried Proactiv? I know it sounds contrite, but it really does work alot. You just have to make sure to do the steps every day. If that does not work for some reason and you have really bad acne, go to the dermatologist and ask about products like accutane(it worked WONDERS for my cousin), Retin-A or Rennova. Each one of the prescription products have some side effects attached to them, but not everyone is affected by them (my cousin did not get any side effects).
I have been using the over-the-counter Biore product line and its awesome…. I used proactive and it didn’t work for me but it worked for my friend… so things work on different people. Biore has some face masks and face washes. You might want to use that, then try something a bit more expensive like proactive. The face wash isn’t more than $7. Also, you might have to curb your diet, drink more water, eat your fruits and veggies. I don’t have a specific diet, only the food pyramid is the best guide.
first of all, you need to drink plenty of water-that is most important-take you weight and divide in half-that is how many ounces you should drink in a day. wash your face at least 2x a day-all i use is neutrogena clear bar soap-once i have it on i usually leave it on my face for about 2-3 minutes to let is soak in and then rinse. i also use an exfoliating sponge every day. i also use bjore pore perfect astringent 2x a day…do this religiously and you should see results! good luck- it worked for me

my doc told me to use benza clin lots of ppl use it. proactiv works too. did u see the comercial about all the stars who use it?

ProActiv seems like it would work.
proactive!! it really does work.. its about 50 dollars for a full kit but it is really worth it. idk how old u r but im 15 and it reall works
proactiv and if you just wash your face with anything and put a little rubbing alcohol on just the acne it will disappear over night
proactiv worked for me.. but alot of other stuff does too… also try oxy.. get the face wash and pads.. you can get them at a drug store..
