So like the questions says, anyone know how to get rid of back acne. Soap and water seems to help a bit, but it’s not really going away. Is there any kind of body wash for this?
To get rid of back acne you can use all natural tea tree oil to help kill the bad bacteria on your skin that cause acne.
But if you want to PREVENT acne outbreaks from happening (instead of treating an acne outbreak) you should make sure you’re eating healthy food and getting lots of sleep every night.
if you use conditioner in your hair, that can make it a lot worse. so either skip the conditioner or find a way to rinse it out so it doesnt run down your back. also, i would recommend using a face wash on your back–something with salicylic acid, and dont get an exfoliating one, as that can make it worse. proactive worked really well for me.
There are also some good natural acne fighter you may try such as basil, neem, and tea tree oil. The advantage of these is that they not only are anti-inflammatory, and anti-bacterial, but they condition the skin as well. For more persistent or severe cases of back acne, a visit to the dermatologist may is necessary.Log on to http://tipsfromruby-acne.blogspot.com/ for a few home made tips to heal acne .
St. Ives medicated scrub.
