Jess !
Below are presented a couple of things you need to do as a part of acne pimples home remedy treatment:
* Gently apply fresh limejuice on pimples and blackheads.
* Dab the mixture made by combining 1 tsp fresh coriander powder and a pinch of turmeric powder on the pimples, while going to bed in the night and wash it off when you wake up the next morning.
* Take a few fresh curry leaves and make a paste. Apply the paste on the acne-affected area and keep it overnight and wash it off with warm water the next morning.
* Apply the paste made of nutmeg (Jaiphal) and raw milk on acne and wash it off after 20 minutes. Do it for about 10-12 days and see the magical effects.

wash every night B4 going to bed with hot water, then spray antibacterial wound wash and let it dry naturally. only do this at night. Dont let yourself get too sweaty, take extra layers off if you need to. keep your back dry during the day. Dont apply any other sprays or creams, you need to give your skin a break from foreign ingredients, like lotions and potions.
hope it helps. Also give your skin a little sunshine treatment. The sun brings out alot of healthy nutrients and oils in the skin. If you wash with soap try using a PH balanced soap like Dove wash, anything else may be too strong and will wash out helpful oils that you need, this will end up giving you dry broken skin. Also change your clothes everyday, and use clean towels.
hope it helps, take care
I’ve got really–actually, let me rephrase that–REALLY bad acne on my back. But I used this Clearisil product…can’t remember what it was called though. But the point is that it really helped.
Like the other guy said, if you go outside in the late afternoon when the sun is still out but isn’t hot, it helps.
Ok it’s called Clearisil Ultra. It comes in a blue bottle. It’s absolutely brilliant
