So, I’m 23yrs old, female. I had bad acne in my teens, then I was on the depo shot for 2yrs. The shot cleared my skin for the most part. Now, I have a copper IUD, so no more hormones. My acne has flared up and won’t go away. What can I do about the acne?

Are you eating something different, drinking, or stressed out? Diet can control it. You might have a deficiency in something.
Sun exposure works wonders for acne.
Aside from that, epsom salt baths can help clear things up to some degree.
There are many natural remedies if you search the web, but I find the best to be a moderate amount of regular sun.. (supplemented with tanning bed in winter) -*only enough required for acne, not to ruin your skin*.
There are, of course, plenty of pharmaceutical options.
If you have bang or always have hair in your face, that could be the problem. You should eat healthy and if that does not work, try pro active or other acne products.
some natural remedies.. earthclinic.com
try that out… hope it helps
