Acne, Left Lump. Is There Any Cure?

I had some acne back in my teens. On my back. Now they’ve become hard lumps. These lump a pretty much swelled up about 1mm. It does not hurt, nor itch but it annoying to look at. Is there any way of removing it? I had it for about a year now so… Please help!

it could be a cyst..get it checked out
Go to a dermatologist. They can remove it or check out other possibilities for what it could be. ie- cyst, tumor (i doubt it), or a staph infection. But it’s probably just acne that can easily be removed for a little $.
That happened to someone I knew you need to have them cut out usually and pack them till they are healed all the way only if they are cysts
