OMG u rock ! i’m gonna buy your program but i am low on funds right now:-( i did order the dr. brenners soap( which is amazing) and cut out everything i drink except water and sometimes water with lemon in it like u suggested i’ve been working out for like 5 months now and went from 151pds to 131 pds
@nikkiaholic123 i looove the soap! but i use neutrogena oil free moisturizer my skin gets dry a bit after washing is there an all natural moisturizer also i LOVE CEREAL(corn flakes, mini wheats) what is a milk alternative?
@nikkiaholic123 Believe it or not you can use olive oil or coconut oil as a natural alternative… Olive oil is an ancient beauty secret! include it in your diet too! you can get “Rice milk or almond milk” it’s not as bad as it sounds! that’s what I drink and I haven’t had regular milk in years… it’s much healthier and dairy free! it’s called “rice dream” or “Almond breeze” they are both good!

@acneerasingsecrets Thankies i’ve gotten mixed replys from my freinds i just told them stop drinking soda and all those sugar filled juices! the first week was hard but by that 2nd week my body felt so energetic plus i work out almost 5 days a week usually small weights and i do crunches for my tummy

@acneerasingsecrets THANKIES! i like apples but since i can remember there’s sumthin about them that after a certain time of day like late evening they make my tummy upset so im gonna try pears instead and i looove carrots! i never heard of rich or almond milk

@nikkiaholic123 Awesome! it’s “rice milk” yep… you can get rice or almond milk at your grocery store most likely… if not your local health food store definitely has them… I believe rice and almond milk are cheaper at a health food store than a regular grocery chain though so you know!
You’re absolutely right. The junk that we put in our bodies needs to be cut down, and my skin’s been so much better now than when I was hooked on using unnecessary mainstream cosmetics. Thanks for this extremely helpful video, very practical and also funny when you suddenly appeared shaved in the middle of the recording. LOL

@acneerasingsecrets HEY i was wondering cus i’m a kid and i got small pimples but SCARS ON MY NOSE and forehead from popping my pimple,DO YOU know any good product on my face that’ll show less of the scars LIKE EXAMPLE bio-oil i heard that was good AND OH BTW IS CETAPHIL GENTLE SKIN CLEANSRE AND LOTION good products to use morning and night? PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP!
