I have had acne since my teens. Its controlled by medicine now but I still get whiteheads and spots, especially if I forget to take my pills.
Am I still going through puberty? Whats this all about?

I feel your pain !! I just had a really bad one a few days ago, and I’m 47 !
(What the…..?)
I think it may be from a change in diet as well as stress. However, the upside is that you may not be as wrinkled as your same-age friends, lol. Ah, well.
unfortunately it’s not acne that u have its Rosacea.
if you still get spots later in life then its a whole different condition.
its for keeps I’m afraid, all you can do is keep clean, have a healthy diet is very important and drink lots of water.
the worst thing you can do is squeeze. for every spot you squeeze you will get two in it’s place.
good luck with keeping clear…..ish x x
may be you need to see a dietitian for suitable diet
no your not…just alot of oil in your skin prob
A lot of people get acne in their 40′s – it is stress related.
Good luck.
Too much testosterone buddy!
Makes you more of a man though on the upside!
Not like these girly men with their perfect complexions lol
i doubt ure still going through puberty, spots dont only occur through puburty. they come from stress, drinking, chocolate, over induldgence, and loads of over things….
Sounds like rosacea. My mum has this and has is pretty much under control, she uses a gel called metronidazole.
